Job summary

Red Hat is seeking a Senior Consultant who will deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions for clients using Red Hat technologies. You will lead technical projects, mentor peers, and collaborate across diverse teams while traveling to client sites across North America.

Successful candidates will hold an Active Top Secret Clearance and have hands-on experience with Linux, cloud platforms, and open source tooling. This is an on-site role requiring travel 30–40 weeks per year.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance required.
• Experience delivering implementations based on architectural design.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and manage timelines.
• Ability to identify stakeholder needs and set expectations on scope and timelines.
• Experience working across diverse teams and mentoring others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in building scalable, managed solutions using Red Hat technologies.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new skills and technologies.
• Travel weekly to client locations, Monday-Thursday.
