Job summary

Red Hat Services is seeking an OpenShift Architect to design and deliver strategic solutions with technical leadership, hands-on implementation, and best practices. You will promote Red Hat solutions for customers using deep technical expertise and enterprise experience.

This on-site role requires regular travel across North America, residency where Red Hat is registered, and an Active Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

5+ years in a solution architect, enterprise architect or technical consultant role
Track record of creating architectural designs and leading a team to implement for customer outcomes
Experience overseeing project delivery including timelines, scope, and stakeholder needs
Experience collaborating across diverse teams and mentoring team members
Experience leading workshops, enablement, or engagements

Responsibilities

Guide customers in building scalable, optimally managed Red Hat solutions
Lead services discovery sessions to educate customers on Red Hat technologies and best practices
Support creation and review of project scoping and alignment with requirements
Provide technical expertise during presales activities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and internal collaboration
Articulate the value of Red Hat Services Portfolio and integrate services into solutions
Lead internal initiatives fostering innovation, efficiency, and growth
Continuously learn and adapt to new skills and technologies
Travel to client locations as required, up to weekly
