Qualifications

• 3PL experience in Open Deck/Heavy Haul required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management or related field preferred.
• High-energy, collaborative team player with strong work ethic.
• Proven ability to build relationships with peers, leaders and clients.
• Willingness to thrive in a fast-growing freight brokerage.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to assess load information, budget and pricing.
• Create customized shipping solutions based on client needs and budget.
• Manage day-to-day accounts with strategic transport plans.
• Collaborate with Client Success and Carrier Capacity teams.
• Support and grow existing customers while developing new business.
