Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Technical Training Coordinator to manage onboarding and certification lifecycle for the Metals department in Taylor, Texas. You will ensure new engineers gain system access and progress through certification milestones.

You will develop training materials, coordinate access provisioning, track KPI, collaborate with SMEs, and drive continuous program improvements to enhance operational readiness.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a technical training, onboarding, or operational coordination role.
• Experience with learning management systems or certification tracking software.
• Strong organizational skills to track multiple deadlines and manage rosters for large groups of technical personnel.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence both new hires and senior leadership.
• Familiarity with Fab Engineering software tools.
• Experience working in a cleanroom or semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Workmanship Essentials or similar technical certification standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead onboarding program for the department, hosting training sessions after new employee orientation.
• Manage communications with new hires to maximize participation.
• Oversee admin logistics: rosters, completion reports, and coverage for other leads.
• Coordinate access provisioning for critical semiconductor manufacturing systems.
• Provide desktop setup and infrastructure support for new hires.
• Drive certification milestones and track progress in the system.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design training plans.
• Monitor training velocity and report slow progress trends to leadership.
• Develop and implement cross-training and career development plans.
• Enforce training best practices across Fab Engineering.
