Job summary

INODE INK is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join our team as a Storage Systems Administrator who will lead planning, deployment, and management of a complex vSAN storage environment for Maxwell AFB Gunter Annex, onsite.

The role requires active DoD clearance, strong SAN storage expertise, VMware, and proven disaster recovery planning. You will ensure high availability, performance, and provide monthly storage reports while working a standard Monday–Friday day shift.

Qualifications

US citizenship required and DoD security clearance in place or able to obtain.
Experience administering SAN storage environments and complex storage networks.
Strong documentation, root-cause analysis, and disaster recovery planning abilities.
Experience with VMware, Veritas NetBackup, Dell EMC storage products, and Windows OS.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, deployment, and management of SAN storage environments.
Administer CIFS/NFS/FC configurations, fabric switches, Dell Data Domain, NetBackup, VMware, and Windows servers.
Ensure high availability, performance, and scalable storage infrastructure.
Provide monthly storage reports and routine SAN support including LUN management.
Maintain STIG documentation and coordinate OEM service support as needed.
Develop best practices for data integrity, backup/recovery, and DR planning.
Perform on-site work Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts.
