Job summary

Two Coast Living seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician in Woodbury to oversee daily maintenance for a multifamily property, combining hands-on work with supervision of the maintenance staff. You will manage work orders, make-readies, and safety compliance while partnering with the Property Management team.

The role emphasizes leadership, preventative maintenance, and delivering reliable service to residents, with a defined career path toward Area/Regional Maintenance roles.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant maintenance experience in property management or hospitality environments
• 1+ year of experience supervising two or more employees
• 1+ years of experience of inventory control, ordering, & procurement.
• High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance across the property; address work orders and identify issues early
• Manage apartment turnover by tracking make-ready activities and maintaining the make-ready board to ensure units are completed on schedule
• Supervise, train, and support maintenance team members, leading by example through hands-on participation
• Communicate with residents and Property Management to ensure professional service and minimize disruption
• Maintain safety by handling chemicals properly, complying with OSHA, and training the team
