Qualifications

• 4-year IT degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years in network administration, storage solutions, and server management.
• Strong IT infrastructure and security knowledge.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and present ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, document, and maintain LAN systems; resolve hardware/software issues.
• Ensure network stability and uptime across locations.
• Monitor usage and plan capacity upgrades for modernization.
• Manage company firewall and security technologies.
• Prioritize tasks and manage projects to deliver on time and budget.
• Interact with SLT leadership and staff to support assignments.
• Mentor junior team members informally through knowledge sharing.
• Evaluate hardware/software options to meet business needs.
• Assist with external vendor interactions and engagements.
• Stay updated on tech advancements to improve efficiency.
