Millerbernd Manufacturing is hiring an Infrastructure (IT) Engineer to install, configure, operate, and maintain our hardware, network, servers, and security systems. The role supports two Minnesota locations (Sauk Rapids or Winsted) and requires a robust IT background.

Salary range is $89,133 - $107,584 per year, with comprehensive benefits, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) match, and paid time off. Equal opportunity employer, must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 4-year IT degree or equivalent preferred.
• 8+ years in network, storage, and server management.
• Strong IT infrastructure and security knowledge.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate clearly.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, document, and maintain LAN systems; resolve hardware/software issues.
• Maintain network stability and uptime.
• Plan capacity upgrades and modernization.
• Manage firewalls and security technologies.
• Lead projects to deliver on time and on budget.
• Mentor junior staff and share knowledge informally.
• Evaluate hardware/software options for business needs.
• Coordinate with external vendors as needed.
