The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial real estate with strong finance and operations knowledge, plus proficiency in Yardi or similar CRE software and MS Office. Expect collaboration with leasing and property ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial real estate experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and CRE software (Yardi/MRI/Timberline/Building Engines).
• Leadership, problem solving and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the properties, ensuring first-class condition and management of on-site teams.
• Direct security and safety programs, policies, and drills for compliance and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with leasing and ownership on budgets, financial reporting and capital projects.
• Manage tenant relationships, lease administration and reconciliation of aging reports.
