Job summary

Innovative Consulting & Management Services (ICMS) seeks a Facilities Project Manager to execute performance metrics, safety standards, and contractual requirements across federal facilities. You will oversee operations, maintenance, custodial services, and vendor coordination to ensure reliable, compliant services.

Responsibilities include safety compliance, bid development, preventative maintenance planning, and audits.

Qualifications

• 5 years of recent supervision of building operations and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of building MEP, fire protection and life safety systems.
• Experience with office moves, custodial services, and grounds maintenance.
• Familiar with CMMS/maximo and related data tracking systems.
• Proven leadership and effective communication skills.
• Experience managing contracts, budgets, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations, maintenance, custodial and support services.
• Manage safety compliance for all work at the facility.
• Develop and oversee project and vendor bidding per government requirements.
• Plan preventative maintenance schedules for critical assets.
• Coordinate audits and quality control per contract requirements.
• Serve as primary contact to government and corporate management.
• Maintain inventory levels and CMMS records.
• Coordinate employee schedules and respond to emergencies.
• Ensure client satisfaction through timely reporting and corrective actions.
