ICMS is looking for an experienced Manager with demonstrated knowledge of all facets of facility managementto support our customer base. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, management, execution, and oversight of facilities-related contracts. This role drives facilities modernization initiatives, operations and maintenance (O&M) programs, renovations, and infrastructure improvements while ensuring compliance with federal regulations, contract requirements, and company objectives. The position serves as a key liaison between onsite management, corporate leadership, government stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable regulations. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in facilities operations and maintenance, project management, federal contracting, and business development within a federal contracting environment.
The Manager will also be responsible for monitoring purchasing of supplies and materials, technical writing/ modification of plans such as Environmental Health and Safety, Quality Assurance, Safety, Building Operations, and other contract/ site specific operational plans. The Manager will also support writing and development of proposals, requests for information (RFIs), and technical white papers. Responsibilities Include:
$125,000 - $130,000/annual
