Job summary

Innovative Consulting & Management Services (ICMS) is seeking an experienced Facilities Project Manager for Military Base Operation to oversee the on-site execution of facility operations, maintenance, custodial and support services. You will schedule, plan, manage, and monitor quality, safety, and performance of personnel, vendors, and subcontractors.

The role requires strong leadership, English communication skills, and experience with government facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is desired; work experience will be evaluated.
• Minimum eight years of facilities, construction, engineering, or project management experience, preferably for military installations or government facilities.
• Strong understanding of MEP, fire protection, life safety, BAS, HVAC/R and Electrical systems.
• Experience managing office moves, custodial services, and grounds maintenance.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency in contracts, budgets, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on-site and coordinate personnel.
• Ensure safety compliance for all work performed at the facility.
• Develop and oversee project and vendor bidding per government requirements.
• Maintain a culture of quality, safety and teamwork.
• Plan and coordinate preventative maintenance for critical assets.
• Execute corrective and emergency maintenance per remediation plans.
• Mitigate risks associated with daily work.
• Serve as primary contact with government and corporate management.
