Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced professional to manage First Equipment Company on-site equipment rental programs (OERP) across project sites. You will coordinate planning, execution, and training of on-site equipment management, working with project teams and rental vendors to ensure efficient utilization.

The role requires strong vendor relations, cost tracking, and knowledge of rental software (e.g., Wynne RentalMan) and P2P systems (Coupa).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in construction rentals or logistics.
• Strong vendor management and project leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of P&L, budgeting, and cost forecasting.
• Proficient in rental software and ERP/P2P systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for project teams and vendors.
• Visit sites to manage equipment needs and on-site operations.
• Lead preconstruction activities with vendors and bids.
• Monitor equipment costs and forecast earnings.
• Support system troubleshooting for rental software.
• Ensure safety and drive continuous improvements.
• Track vendor billing and on-site invoices.
• Develop long-term vendor relationships.
• Travel up to 100% as required.
