Turner Construction Company seeks an Experienced On-site Equipment Rental Program Manager to plan, manage, and execute First Equipment Company’s on-site equipment rental programs, coordinating with project teams and vendors.

You will oversee equipment movement, maintenance, cost control, and vendor relationships, delivering timely service, training, and system support to ensure safe, efficient project operations. Travel is required; 100% travel per listing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 6 years in construction rentals, logistics, equipment, or warehouse management.
• Experience with on-site equipment rental programs and vendor coordination.
• Working knowledge of project cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with equipment rental software and P2P systems.

Responsabilités

• Plan, manage, and execute on-site equipment rental programs across projects.
• Visit project sites to assess equipment needs and transitions to/from yard.
• Lead vendor interviews, bidding, and award processes for rental vendors.
• Monitor costs, forecasting, and vendor billing; report to stakeholders.
• Support end-user system troubleshooting for rental software and inventory systems.
• Maintain safety, accountability, and continuous improvement on site.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships to ensure reliability and service quality.
• Provide timely customer service and clear communication with project teams.
• Assist with preconstruction activities and cost control data.
• Other duties as assigned.
