Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years related experience; CPA desirable.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Experience coordinating audits and liaising with boards.
• Ability to lead and develop a finance team in a nonprofit setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting operations including budgeting, auditing, payroll, AP/AR and GL.
• Oversee development and implementation of accounting systems.
• Provide timely financial reports and analyses for management and Board.
• Lead internal and external audits and liaise with auditors.
• Ensure compliance with donor restrictions and reporting requirements.
