Regional Center of the East Bay is seeking a hands-on Controller to manage accounting, financial reporting, banking, and compliance. The role supervises two fiscal monitors and a team of accounting staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial activities.

You will lead complex reconciliations, state reimbursements, and annual filings while upholding internal controls and coordinating with external auditors. This is a senior leadership position supporting nonprofit operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required with coursework in accounting or finance.
• Five years of professional accounting experience.
• Two years of supervising staff.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee general ledger; reconcile accounts; prepare financial reports.
• Manage bank and cash flow activities; coordinate treasury functions.
• Coordinate state reimbursements and regulatory filings; support audits.
