Scion Nonprofit Staffing is seeking a Nonprofit Controller based in Burlingame, CA. This full-time onsite role leads full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and audits while partnering with executive leadership and the board.

This is a full-time, onsite opportunity based in Burlingame, CA.
The Nonprofit Controller will provide high-impact financial leadership across the organization's finance and administration functions. This hands-on leadership role will oversee full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, audits, and multiple administrative functions while partnering closely with executive leadership and the board. The ideal candidate brings strong nonprofit finance expertise, excellent financial analysis and communication skills, and the ability to balance strategic leadership with day-to-day execution.
This full-time opportunity offers a salary range of $127,000-$164,000 annually, depending on experience , along with an excellent benefits package.
This is an onsite position based in Burlingame, CA, with a 40-hour workweek.
