The role requires 7+ years in community associations, strong financial acumen, and GA CAM or Realtor license. Excellent communication and project-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of community association experience.
• Large scale association management experience.
• GA CAM license or Realtor license required.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to read financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Implement Board policy and directives within management agreement.
• Walk and inspect property and ensure HOA compliance and maintenance.
• Issue violation letters and follow up for remedied actions.
• Meet homeowners, Board members, and vendors on site.
• Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and email.
• Enter data and maintain records in the database.
• Create and manage budgets and review financial reports.
• Submit RFPs and manage vendor selection and capital projects.
• Prioritize maintenance requests and coordinate vendors onsite.
• Prepare board packages and schedule monthly/annual meetings.
• Distribute weekly communications to homeowners.
• Assist homeowners with architectural review forms and decisions.
