Qualifications

• Georgia CAM License required.
• Driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.
• Association management experience (3 years minimum).

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly board reports and agendas; board packet distributed 48 hours before meetings.
• Manage the monthly action item list and response to owner/resident requests.
• Inspect property, schedule repairs, and track maintenance work orders.
• Maintain association finances, read financial reports, and prepare budgets annually.
• Coordinate staff, contractors, and vendors; supervise amenities and room rentals.
