Job summary

Community Management Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced CMA Onsite Community Association Manager to oversee a high-end community in Braselton, GA.

You will report to the Board of Directors, manage staff, contractors, and resident relations, and ensure covenant enforcement and financial reporting are up to date. The role requires a Georgia CAM license, strong communication skills, and demonstrated leadership in complex communities.

Qualifications

• Georgia CAM License is required.
• 3+ years of association management experience, onsite preferred.
• Experience managing luxury or high-end communities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly manager’s report and board packet, with 48-hour prior distribution.
• Manage action item lists and respond to owner/resident requests.
• Inspect properties, schedule repairs, and coordinate vendors and staff.
• Maintain maintenance work orders and track status of service requests.
• Read and report on association financials including balance sheets and budgets.
• Attend board meetings and hearings, and liaise with Board and community attorney.
