Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 36 months of experience as a full-time Academic Advisor in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, student-centered academic advising for OU Online undergraduates.
• Support degree completion and timely graduation in partnership with OU Educational Services and academic units.
• Guide students from admission through graduation while balancing work, family, and financial responsibilities.
• Maintain high professional standards per NACADA Competencies and pursue ongoing professional development.
