Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Decipher or similar survey programming tools.
• Experience programming online surveys and testing survey logic.
• Ability to troubleshoot bugs and ensure high data quality.
• Marketing research and project management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Program online surveys to required quality and productivity levels.
• Program and test survey logic using Decipher, HTML, JavaScript.
• Conduct quality assurance of online surveys.
• Adhere to project capabilities and meet client timing expectations.
• Partner with internal team to understand project requirements.
• Serve as an information resource and provide ongoing support.
• Maintain communication with all parties involved in projects.
• Participate in internal projects as needed.
