InnovateMR + Ivy Exec is seeking a Senior Survey Programmer to oversee the initial coding of surveys, coordinate revisions, and ensure top data quality throughout projects.

The role requires programming and collaborating on updates to meet timing expectations, with strong communication to clients and internal teams. Familiarity with Decipher, HTML, and JavaScript is highly valued to deliver robust data collection builds.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with survey programming tools (Decipher, Confirmit, Qualtrics, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and clients
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience debugging and resolving complex issues in surveys

Responsibilities

• Program online surveys with required quality and productivity levels
• Test survey logic using Decipher, HTML and JavaScript
• Conduct quality assurance on online surveys
• Meet client timelines and project capabilities
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements
• Engage in client meetings to clarify requirements
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for surveys
• Maintain clear communication across all project stakeholders
