Job summary

InnovateMR + Ivy Exec is seeking a Senior Survey Programmer to oversee initial coding, revisions, and data delivery for high-quality projects. You will program and update surveys using Decipher, HTML, and JavaScript, ensuring timely delivery and rigorous QA.

The role requires strong communication with clients and internal teams, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues while maintaining data integrity across projects in a fast-paced research environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience on Decipher or similar survey programming tool (Confirmit, Qualtrics).
• Program online surveys, test logic and ensure high quality data.
• Perform QA of surveys and meet client timing expectations.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Program online surveys with required quality and productivity levels.
• Program and test survey logic using Decipher, HTML and JavaScript.
• Conduct quality assurance of online surveys.
• Adhere to project capabilities and meet client timing expectations.
