Job summary

InnovateMR + Ivy Exec seeks a Senior Survey Programmer to oversee initial survey coding, revisions, and data delivery with a focus on top data quality. You will coordinate with internal teams and clients to meet project specs and ensure timely delivery.

You will leverage Decipher or similar tools (Confirmit, Qualtrics) and apply HTML/JavaScript to build robust surveys, test logic, and perform QA. This role emphasizes proactive problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Decipher or similar survey programming tools.
• Programming and testing survey logic with HTML/JavaScript.
• Quality assurance of online surveys.
• Strong communication with internal teams and clients.
• Adhere to project capabilities and timing expectations.
• Maintain ongoing stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of data collection builds and best practices.
