Job summary

InnovateMR + Ivy Exec is seeking a Senior Survey Programmer to oversee the initial coding of surveys, facilitate revisions, ensure data quality, and deliver on project timelines. The role requires collaboration with internal staff and clients to meet specifications and adopt best practices in quantitative research.

You will program and test survey logic (Decipher, HTML, JavaScript) and perform QA, supporting projects from kickoff to data delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience using Decipher or similar survey programming tool (Confirmit, Qualtrics, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, logic skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal & written.
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop quick rapport in a team setting and establish credibility with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Programming online surveys with required quality and productivity levels.
• Programming and testing survey logic (Decipher, HTML, JavaScript knowledge applied).
• Undertaking quality assurance of online surveys.
• Adhere to project capabilities and meet client’s expectations for timing.
• Partner with internal team to understand the project requirements.
• Participate in meetings with clients to understand their requirements.
• Proactively offer alternative solutions to adverse designs or system limitations.
• Serve as an information resource and provide ongoing support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain a constant line of communication with all parties associated with any project.
• Participate in internal projects and initiatives as needed.
