ExlService Holdings, Inc. is seeking a seasoned OneTrust Consultant and Solution Analyst to implement a scalable Preference Center across a national sports ecosystem. The role collaborates with the Consent and Privacy team and 32 Clubs to configure OneTrust environments and deliver robust governance, risk assessment, and security testing.

The candidate will prototype UI/ UX journeys for fans, design runbooks, and lead agile ceremonies to ensure on-time delivery and high quality outcomes.

Responsabilités

• You’ll work closely with the Consent and Privacy team and with the 32 Clubs to build scalable and optimally performing implementations Club by Club.
• You’ll configure, administer, and troubleshoot our OneTrust environments based on feedback from stakeholders across the league and clubs
• You’ll design and implement the runbooks and operating procedures for league and club consent environments.
• You’ll contribute to the UI/UX journey development for fans of the league.
• You’ll participate in governance activities including risk assessment, security testing and ensure implementation of best practices in these areas.
• You’ll design work plans and monitor project and program progress by tracking activity, resolving problems and publishing progress reports.
• You’ll actively participate in all agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning and retros.
