Job summary

Smart IT Frame LLC is seeking a skilled OneTrust Developer focused on Consent & Preference Management to design, customize, and maintain OneTrust solutions for user consents and preferences. You will build data connectors between OneTrust and ESPs like Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Mailchimp, ensuring accurate data flow for compliant communications.

Qualifications

Experience as a OneTrust Developer or consultant focusing on Consent & Preference Management.
Strong data integration experience with ESPs (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, etc.).
Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA and other privacy laws affecting consent management.
Experience with APIs, webhooks, and data integration techniques.
Hands-on with OneTrust modules, especially Consent & Preference Management.

Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and maintain OneTrust Consent & Preference Management solutions.
Design and manage consent banners, templates, and audit trails.
Develop and maintain data connectors between OneTrust and ESPs for seamless data flow.
Troubleshoot data syncing and integrations between OneTrust and external systems.
Create dashboards and reporting within OneTrust to monitor consent status and preferences.
Provide documentation and training on consent management processes.
