Job summary

Slalom is searching for a Senior Consultant or Principal level Security Strategist to drive privacy architecture and business continuity strategies. In this role, you will manage OneTrust implementations and develop consent-aligned data flow designs while ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks like GDPR and CCPA. Ideal candidates will have over 6 years of experience in relevant fields and strong leadership skills, driving privacy initiatives with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Privacy Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Governance, or GRC architecture.
• Hands-on ownership of OneTrust implementations.
• Deep experience designing consent-aligned MarTech and data architectures.
• Proven ability to remediate privacy and identity architecture risks.
• Strong executive communication and program leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as end-to-end technical owner for OneTrust and associated privacy platforms.
• Design consent-aligned identity and data flow architectures across various platforms.
• Lead remediation strategies for consent, privacy, and data integrity risks.
• Partner with Legal, Security, and Compliance on corrective actions.
• Own privacy architecture deliverables, roadmaps, and technical documentation.
