Job summary

EXL Talent Acquisition Team is seeking an experienced OneTrust Consultant and Solution Analyst for a major professional sports league. The role focuses on implementing a digital Preference Center for fans across the league and 32 Clubs, with hands-on configuration, governance, and UI/UX contributions.

The successful candidate will work remotely, engage with multiple stakeholders, and lead agile ceremonies while delivering scalable OneTrust solutions and runbooks aligned to privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of working experience in a OneTrust or related environment as a consultant, developer, or architect, customer facing experience preferred
• Familiarity with Consent and Preference Management modules of OneTrust and/or Data Privacy concepts and processes
• Good understanding and working experience with Web Technologies: REACT JS, CSS, JQuery, Spring MVC, JSP/Servlet, Material UI/UX
• Experience with CSS and UI/UX Design for configuration
• Experience working with Cloud data platforms, preferably AWS
• Sound knowledge of CI workflows and build/test/deploy automation
• Sound knowledge of Integration patterns, Batch processing and REST API
• Experience working with Postman API integration tools.
• Service Layer Experience, and good understanding of the authentication and authorization technique
• Strong problem-solving skills and passion for overcoming challenges and delivering for customers as part of a team and by individual investigation
• Proactive, self-starter with a strong detail orientation is critical in this role

• Actively participate in all agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning and retros.
