Job summary

Baker Tilly US, LLP is seeking an experienced OneStream Solution Architect to join Baker Tilly Digital Solutions. You will lead OneStream implementations, design the finance close and consolidation framework, and deliver BI and analytics solutions for high-impact clients across the United States.

The role requires deep technical and leadership skills, OneStream certification, and a proven track record of coordinating teams and client engagements within a global advisory environment.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing a leading financial planning and consolidation software (OneStream or Oracle EPM/PBCS).
• Minimum of five (5) years of technical architecture experience, with at least three (3) years dedicated to OneStream implementations.
• Robust knowledge of financial close and consolidation processes including account reconciliation, currency translations, intercompany eliminations, top-side entries, and financial statements.
• Deep understanding of .NET and SQL development and how to develop within the OneStream engines.
• OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) Lead Architect certification.
• Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, and demonstrate commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, requirements, design, build, test, and deployment of OneStream solutions for Baker Tilly clients.
• Lead client workshops and design documentation for OneStream applications and solutions.
• Develop and demonstrate OneStream proof of concepts to optimize performance.
• Guide development and deployment of solutions and facilitate architecture reviews.
• Oversee OneStream solution testing including unit, integration, regression, and UAT.
• Develop roadmaps and identify opportunities to improve client financial close and planning processes.
