Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking a OneStream/Finance Systems Developer to design, implement, and optimize financial system solutions.

You will collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions and support data integrations, reporting, and analytics. The role involves hands-on development and ongoing system support, with opportunities to expand knowledge across financial platforms while improving processes and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience developing in OneStream with VB.net or C# required.
• Experience working with SQL in database and reporting tools such as Snowflake or Power BI.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively on finance solutions required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain financial system solutions within OneStream.
• Partner with finance and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Support implementation and deployment of new functionality, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
• Maintain and optimize system integrations, including data mappings and transformations.
• Support reporting and analytics initiatives leveraging Snowflake and Power BI.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support to end users.
• Maintain accurate solution design, configuration, and support documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and system performance, and implement scalable enhancements.
• Assist in evaluating system upgrades, maintenance releases, patches, and emerging technologies.
