Job summary

Koch seeks a OneStream Systems Analyst to drive strategic direction and partnerships across Enterprise Finance Applications. You’ll manage projects, administer systems, and translate accounting knowledge into transformative data and processes.

Collaborative teams focus on data quality, user experience, and timely financial insights. The role supports close processes, data layouts, and dashboards, with onsite work and flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting financial close and FP&A processes using OneStream.
• Proficiency with consolidations, eliminations, allocations, and metadata in OneStream.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver financial reports.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly financial close as a trusted partner.
• Perform tool fit assessments and recommend optimal solutions.
• Identify strategic opportunities within the organization and the tool.
• Collaborate with product and business teams on mutual opportunities.
• Develop data layouts and workflows to support analysis and reports.
• Construct or optimize system processes and lead project planning.
