Job summary

Attain Finance seeks a Sr. Financial Systems Analyst to admin OneStream and support FP&A and Accounts Payable across the U.S. and Canada.

You will manage planning, reports, data integrations, and dashboards, collaborating with Finance, IT, and other teams to drive close, budgeting, and forecasting processes. The role requires hands-on OneStream experience, strong SQL skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics SL/365 and ERP integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or IS.
• 5+ years of OneStream administration experience (Planning, reports, dashboards, data integrations).
• Working knowledge of FP&A: planning, budgeting, forecasting, AP processes.
• Experience with ERP/finance systems (Dynamics SL/365, Oracle, PeopleSoft) is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and SQL required; AI tools for data analysis a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary systems support for FP&A; planning, budgeting, forecasting.
• Serve as primary systems support for Accounts Payable processes.
• Administer OneStream Planning, forms, rules, data management jobs.
• Maintain OneStream reports/dashboards; use SQL for validation.
• Resolve data integration and load issues; support monthly close.
• Provide design recommendations; implement application changes.
• Develop training materials and end-user training.
