Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking an experienced performance management consultant to join Baker Tilly Digital. You will apply your industry and technical expertise to deliver budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and BI solutions to clients across the region and country.

As part of Baker Tilly, you will help lead projects, support client workshops, and develop robust financial planning and close processes. The role offers exposure to a global brand and a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of FP&A or FP&A consulting experience advising senior leaders.
• Experience implementing OneStream for financial planning or close & consolidation.
• Experience with external clients and solution development is a plus.
• OneStream Certified Associate is preferred.
• Strong .NET and SQL development knowledge.
• Proven leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize application expertise, business knowledge, and technical skills to support CPM/EPM solutions to Baker Tilly clients.
• Support client workshops to gather requirements and design OneStream documentation.
• Engage in OneStream testing, including unit, integration, regression, and UAT.
• Build, test & deploy reports, cube views, dashboards, templates and forms.
• Develop a roadmap that encompasses an overall solution vision and communicate initiatives across the project team.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes to enhance budgets and forecasts.
