Amgen seeks a Senior Oncology Specialist to serve as the primary clinical knowledge contact for medical professionals in the Knoxville, TN area. You will build and maintain relationships, communicate product benefits, and drive territory plans to achieve sales targets.

The role emphasizes Oncology expertise, collaboration, and a commitment to patient care, with a flexible work model including remote/hybrid options where possible.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related.
• OR Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related.
• OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related.

Responsabilidades

• Create and execute a comprehensive territory plan including branded sales messages and programs.
• Maintain accounts and ensure product access, resolving reimbursement issues and managing contracts.
• Craft a marketing strategy to drive sales and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Analyze business performance and territory data to refine plans and drive results.
• Partner with colleagues to share best practices and grow in the Sr. Oncology Specialist role.
