Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Senior Oncology Specialist to serve as the primary clinical contact for medical professionals within the Charlotte, NC territory. You will communicate the clinical and economic benefits of Amgen oncology medicines and drive patient-focused outcomes.

You will build and sustain relationships with healthcare providers, deliver branded educational programs, and execute a territory plan to meet sales targets while navigating reimbursement pathways.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 3+ years of healthcare/biotech sales or clinical experience.
• Associate degree with 6+ years of relevant experience can qualify.
• High school diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience may qualify.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a territory plan to meet sales goals in Oncology.
• Educate physicians and healthcare professionals on Amgen products and benefits.
• Manage accounts, ensure product access, and address reimbursement issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with colleagues to drive compliant sales strategies.
