Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Oncology and/or hospital account sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and travel readiness.
• Minimum two years pharma or biotech sales experience.
• Experience in hospital and large accounts with reimbursement knowledge.
• Strong relationship-building and goal-driven mindset.
• Willing to reside or relocate to territory.
• Proficient with virtual sales interactions.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential new oncology therapeutics.
• Demonstrate knowledge of product efficacy and support clinical information to achieve quotas.
• Develop account strategies and identify key accounts and HCPs.
• Create pre- and post-call plans with objectives and materials.
• Build customer relationships and deliver targeted messages with approved materials.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance business results.
• Understand health care delivery and reimbursement dynamics in assigned accounts.
• Attend required meetings and complete training and admin tasks.
