Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Oncology Sales Specialist to promote oncology therapeutics across Idaho, Montana, Eastern Washington, and Eastern Oregon. This field-based role focuses on engaging healthcare providers, communicating clinical efficacy, and building durable customer relationships while meeting sales targets.

You will develop territory plans, prospect new accounts, deliver targeted messages, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize patient access and reimbursement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2 years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales success.
• Preference for oncology, hematology, or hospital account management.
• Experience with complex reimbursement and managed care.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Promote Johnson & Johnson’s oncology therapeutics across designated territories.
• Engage healthcare providers to drive product adoption and discuss clinical efficacy.
• Develop and execute territory-specific account plans and expand the customer base.
• Provide clinical information and solve customer questions while ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales outcomes and drive access.
