Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Director, Program Management Leader to translate compound development strategies into actionable plans across early to late-stage oncology programs. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation while aligning with strategic goals across global sites.

The role requires a Life Science degree with 8+ years in pharma or healthcare operations and PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science with 8+ years in pharma/healthcare operations.
• Experience leading Phase I–IV oncology trials and global teams.
• PMP certification preferred; strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate compound development strategies into actionable program plans.
• Lead the Program Management Team and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Oversee scope, timelines, budgets, risk mitigation, and staffing.
• Maintain risk registers and ensure alignment with corporate strategy.
