Job summary

BeOne Medicines USA, Inc. is seeking a Portfolio and Program Management Lead to drive lifecycle management of drug development and commercialization within the partnership program.

You will provide global product development strategies, establish cross‑functional processes, and lead decision making to deliver on commitments to patients. The role requires a Master’s degree (PhD preferred) with 10+ years in drug development or related fields and 5+ years in leadership of global portfolios.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (PhD preferred) in a relevant field; 10+ years in drug development or commercial within pharma/biotech.
• 5+ years in leadership roles in a multicultural and international portfolio environment.
• Solid knowledge and expertise of managing scaled and complex global portfolios and programs.
• Experience in Oncology/Hematology drug development preferred.
• Fluent in written and verbal English with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, align, and maintain project plans and cross-functional team charters.
• Plan, track, and manage milestones, KPIs, budgets, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Lead process improvements to optimize team efficiency, quality, and performance.
• Coordinate internal and external partners to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Governance of the partnership program and strategic collaboration.
