Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking a Program Lead to steer data management across multiple clinical studies and programs. You will guide data management teams, ensure high data quality, and coordinate with CST, CROs, and vendors to meet timelines.

The role requires 8+ years in clinical data management, strong oncology experience, and proven project leadership within regulated environments. Travel may be domestic and international as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in clinical data management in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology sector.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project leadership skills.
• Experience with oncology studies and regulatory environments (ICH).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple clinical studies/programs from Data Management perspective.
• Oversee data managers to ensure data quality and timelines.
• Collaborate with CST and cross-functional teams to standardize processes.
• Liaise with CROs and vendors to support timelines and data deliverables.
• Develop and review EDC databases, edit checks, and reports.
• Support inspection readiness and data management training.
