Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Learning Manager for US Commercialization Learning – Oncology/Hematology. This headquarters-based role partners with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Legal, Compliance, and Enterprise Learning Services to strategically address training needs and demonstrate value to customers and patients.

The role leads curriculum design, training delivery, and budget planning, driving impactful learning through live and virtual formats while leveraging AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• 1 year of Sales training experience required; 2 years in Hematology/Oncology preferred.
• Curriculum design and adult learning principles knowledge; workshop leadership experience.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals; multiple projects management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with training, Sales, Operations, Marketing to implement standardized training.
• Develop a comprehensive sales training curriculum for classes, POAs, and meetings.
• Coordinate across matrix teams to align training with Sales and Marketing goals.
• Ensure regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements for training materials.
• Deliver curriculum covering Selling Skills, Scientific Agility, and Business Analytics.
• Manage external vendors and internal staff for training programs.
• Assess training effectiveness using relevant models and metrics.
• Leverage technology to enable live and virtual learning; share assets WW Centre of Excellence.
