Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a strategic leader to own the global scientific learning agenda for Oncology across WW/International Markets. You will define what FM and HOM teams need to know and build multi-year plans, partnerships, and governance to enable trusted scientific exchange.

This role reports to senior leaders and collaborates across Medical Affairs, International Markets, and Commercialisation Learning to drive measurable medical impact and patient access.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global medical education or learning strategy.
• Ability to build multi-year plans and governance structures.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional medical and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the global scientific learning strategy for WW/International Markets oncology.
• Define launch readiness standards, milestones, and governance for FM/HOM teams.
• Organize and govern partnerships across WW Medical Affairs and International Markets teams.
• Shape scientific onboarding and continuous learning journeys for international teams.
• Set metrics and feedback loops to measure learning impact and guide investments.
• Partner with senior leadership to align education plans with strategic priorities.
• Ensure scientific readiness while protecting field capacity for core activities.
• Collaborate with US & International Market Medical Enablement for deployment of resources.
• Support alignment of education plans with strategic priorities and content reuse.
