Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical industry training or learning.
At least 1 year of sales training experience; 2 years in hematology/oncology preferred.
Strong curriculum design and adult learning principles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing leadership to implement results-focused, standardized training.
Strategic planning and development of a comprehensive sales training curriculum.
Coordinate across the matrix and cross-functional team to align training materials with Sales and Marketing goals.
Ensure training resources meet regulatory, legal and compliance requirements.
Deploy curriculum including Selling Skills, Scientific Agility, and Business Analytics.
Work with external vendors and internal personnel to design and execute training programs.
Assess effectiveness of training using the Kirkpatrick Model.
Identify and utilize innovative technologies to support adult learning in live and virtual formats.
Engage the WW Centre of Excellence to share/assets.
