Job summary

Pfizer seeks an Oncology Late Stage Clinical Development Scientist, Senior Manager (Non MD) in a hybrid U.S. role. You will oversee scientific strategy, data integrity, and trial quality for late-stage oncology programs, collaborating with Clinical Operations, Safety, Biostatistics, and Regulatory teams.

The role requires a PhD/PharmD with 2+ years in industry CRO, or a MS with 5 years, or BA/BS with 7+ years, in oncology clinical research. Travel and multi-site coordination are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in oncology clinical trial development, solid tumor/hemato involvement.
• Experience in phase 3/pivotal studies; regulatory submissions and inspections.
• Strong knowledge of ICH, GCP, FDA/EMA/global regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific oversight for late-stage oncology trials.
• Lead data integrity efforts and safety signal analyses.
• Prepare protocols, CSR sections, and regulatory submissions with study teams.
