Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Medical Director to provide clinical development leadership for late phase hematology trials. The role entails guiding study design, conduct and analysis, and coordinating with regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, biostatistics and medical affairs.

You will partner with investigators and health authorities, supervise medical monitoring, and contribute to documents and cross-functional decisions. Hybrid work with relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• Clinical Development leadership experience required.
• Medical degree with 4+ years experience.
• Licensed to practice medicine in the United States (2 years post internship).

Responsibilities

• Provide medical leadership across late phase trials in Hematology.
• Oversee design, conduct and analysis of studies; ensure ethical/regulatory standards.
• Lead interactions with investigators, ethics committees and regulators.
• Develop and maintain trial and regulatory documents with cross-functional teams.
