Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Senior Clinical Scientist to oversee scientific integrity and data quality for Late-Stage Oncology programs. You will partner with medical, clinical operations and regulatory teams to execute trials, author key documents, and guide safety reviews.

Ideal candidates have strong CRO/industry experience in oncology, with a track record in phase 3 development, regulatory submissions, and collaboration across disciplines to deliver high-quality clinical data.

Qualifications

• PhD/PharmD in a relevant science with CR experience in industry/CRO.
• MS in science with 5+ years Clinical Research experience.
• BA/BS in science with 7+ years Clinical Research experience.
• Experience in oncology trial development (solid tumor and/or heme).
• Experience in phase 3/pivotal Oncology space and regulatory submissions.
• Strong knowledge of ICH, GCP, FDA/EMA regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and scientific software.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to build partnerships across the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific oversight and data quality for assigned studies.
• Partner with clinical and medical teams for trial execution.
• Represent the study in governance and regulatory discussions.
• Author protocols and ICFs; contribute to CSRs and regulatory responses.
• Set data review strategy and supervise data quality.
• Monitor emerging safety profiles and inform teams.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GCP, and training.
