The TAS will leverage CE3 and other tools to inform call plans, collaborate across field teams, and ensure safe, appropriate use of BMS medicines while driving business results in a patient-centric model.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience in healthcare sales / MSL / HCP.
• Ability to communicate scientific data accurately and convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients.
• Demonstrated credibility with key customers and stakeholders in a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Engages with HCPs with balanced clinical and scientific dialogue.
• Prepares and executes territory and account plans with data-driven call planning.
• Collaborates with field teams to optimize Customer Experience (Cx).
