Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Executive Oncology Sales Representative to support Greenville, SC and North and South Atlanta, GA. This field-based role reports to a District Manager and focuses on selling current and potential oncology therapeutics, with emphasis on account penetration and reimbursement discussions.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, valid driver’s license, and at least two years in pharmaceutical/biotech or medical device sales, with willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel including overnights and weekends.
• Minimum of two years of pharmaceutical/biologic/biotech or medical device sales experience or recently transitioned from Active Duty Military.
• Residing in the geography or willing to relocate to it.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts.
• Demonstrate knowledge of product clinical efficacy and value proposition; provide clinical information as needed.
• Develop account strategies with District Manager and plan for penetration of key accounts.
• Create pre- and post-call plans with objectives and supporting materials.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the territory.
• Utilize marketing tools and close sales to advance to the next step.
• Discuss access and reimbursement options to improve sales opportunities.
• Negotiate sales and close orders to meet objectives.
